6 Chicken Breasts, cubed and cooked
1 cup Rice, cooked
1 cup Celery, chopped
1 small can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Onion, chopped
4 Tbsp Butter
1 cup Corn Flakes
1/2 cup Chopped Nuts
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Prepare a large casserole dish by greasing the bottom and sides.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cooked cubed chicken, cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, and chopped onion.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes
- While baking, prepared the topping by melting the butter and mixing in the Corn Flakes and chopped nuts, crushing the Corn Flakes while mixing.
- In the last 10 minutes of baking, top the casserole with the prepared topping.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
