No-Bake Chocolate Butterscotch “Spider” Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of Chow Mein Noodles (48 oz)

  • 2 small bags of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (20 oz)

  • 2 small bags of Butterscotch Chips (20 oz)

Directions

  • Line a baking/cookie tray with parchment or wax paper and set aside.
  • Combine chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a microwavable bowl.
  • Microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring between, until most of the chips have melted (you will still see some clumps, and that is okay).
  • Stir until all clumps have melted and the mixture is smooth (the heat of the melted chips will melt the remaining clumps as you stir).
  • Add the Chow Mein Noodles and stir until combined.
  • Drop the mixture by spoonful onto the prepared cookie tray.
  • Place tray in the refrigerator or freezer until cookies are hard.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
