Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts – Halved

  • 2 tsp Lime Juice

  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil

  • 2 tsp Jerk Seasoning

Directions

  • Preheat Grill to 350-400 degrees
  • Flatten Chicken Breast halves to 1/4″
  • Combine Lime Juice, Vegetable Oil, and Jerk Seasoning
  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken and seasoning mixture from step 3, then mix to coat the chicken
  • Grill the seasoned chicken 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked
  • Let rest 5 minutes minutes before serving. Serve with rice and veggies.
