4 Chicken Breasts – Halved
2 tsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Vegetable Oil
2 tsp Jerk Seasoning
Directions
- Preheat Grill to 350-400 degrees
- Flatten Chicken Breast halves to 1/4″
- Combine Lime Juice, Vegetable Oil, and Jerk Seasoning
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken and seasoning mixture from step 3, then mix to coat the chicken
- Grill the seasoned chicken 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked
- Let rest 5 minutes minutes before serving. Serve with rice and veggies.
